Lloyd Costello, M.D.
Dr.Costello is the Medical Director of Crescenta Family Medical, Inc.
He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California,
Davis, in 1983. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Costello completed his
residency in Family Practice and obtained his board certification in Family Practice
in 1986.
After finishing his residency, Dr. Costello served as an Assistant Clinical
Professor of Family Medicine at the White Memorial Medical Center Family Practice
Residency Program. He received numerous outstanding faculty awards before entering
into family practice in 1995.

Bachir Kadri, M.D.
Dr. Kadri offers special expertise in Family Practice and Pediatrics. He has
practiced in the Glendale and surrounding areas for the past 8 years, offering
primary health care for the entire family.
After receiving his Doctor of Medicine degree, Dr. Kadri furthered
his education completing his residency at Loma Linda University, White Memorial
and Martin Luther King Medical Centers and became Board Certified in Pediatrics
by the American Board of Pediatrics, in 1997.
Having worked in a multidisciplinary environment, emphasizing
family practice and urgent care for the past 8 years, Dr. Kadri has kept up-to-date
with the latest medical advances.
Gary T. Weckbacher, D.C.
Dr. Weckbacher is the Clinic Director of Crescenta Family
Medical, Inc., and is a Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist. He has been
in private practice serving the foothills and surrounding areas since 1987.
After receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland
Chiropractic College, in Los Angeles, California, in 1985, he furthered his
education and completed his residency in chiropractic orthopedics.
Dr. Weckbacher is a Diplomate of the American Board of
Chiropractic Orthopedists and has served as Vice President and is currently
President of the organization CONA (Chiropractic Orthopedists of North America).
His expertise is in the field of functional restoration/rehabilitation of
musculoskeletal trauma and disease. He works regularly with patients
with sports-related and work injuries and serves local high schools and employers
throughout the area.
John Park, L.Ac.
Dr. Park offers special expertise in Acupuncture and Oriental Herbal
Medicine, treating conditions such as acute or chronic joint pain,
headaches, facial and sinus pain, neck pain, back pain, extremity pain
and overall wellness.
Since receiving his license in acupuncture and oriental medicine, from
South Baylo University, in Anaheim, California, in 1997,
Dr. Park has been serving the Glendale and surrounding areas. Dr. Park

Todd Gibson, DAOMc, L.Ac.
Having recently completed the course work for a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degree, DAOM, Dr. Gibson will receive the highest degree available for his profession. Combined with his more than 10 years experience Dr. Gibson is sure to give you the high quality medical care you deserve.
Dr. Gibson participated in a study on acupuncture and stroke rehabilitation at Good Samaritan hospital for 18 months which is supported by his many years experience working with musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. He has extensive experience treating anxiety, stress, depression and insomnia, and has had many successes working with gastrointestinal and respiratory problems while also being expert in the management of prostate disease.
Chinese medicine is a viable option for any medical problem and Dr. Gibson can do a full examination including ordering lab work or other diagnostic tests if necessary. He is able to diagnose, make a treatment plan and provide care using acupuncture, Chinese herbal remedies, and other physical medicine modalities.
